Composer's Note:
Suspended Waltz (1998) for mandolin, guitar and harp, is taken from music which accompanies a dream-like dance sequence in Elsewhereless, a chamber opera by Rodney Sharman and film-maker Atom Egoyan. Suspended Waltz was adapted for trio at the request of guitarist Francesco Cuoghi, and received its first performance at the 1998 European Harp Symposium, Perugia, Italy.
